I understand why you would block guests from making new topics/replying into old ones, but why block them from reading topics? No offence to the forums, but there are already way too many places screaming "REGISTER FIRST" and many would(or should I say will?) lose their intrest in PVKII if they are required to register before practicly seeing or reading anything (as the forums hold up rather large amount of discussions and info about the mod + replies from the devs to common questions)

I cant read the forum for sometime now when i am at "work" because of this.
And i dont remember my password (or gonna submit it @ the computer at work.)
I'd rather lose a few people who can't take 5 minutes to register than lose our hosting.
Can't you just IP ban the bots? or are they coming from that many different IP's
