I wonder if there is any way to remedy this, as it stands people can go in a group and basically shut down a server by playing two different teams yet working together to make the goal impossible.
Does that happen often in your experience? While it is technically possible, I yet have to see it happen. Sometimes its just so the players don't care for the objective of the map.

I've noticed a couple groups of people that have done it more than once, honestly I was trying to think of ways to divert people from disregarding the goal but nothing would really work.
