sad to say unless the dev team has enough money to buy another engine dont expect to be PAYING for pvkii plus i think the team prides it self on the F2P stance of the game
but you should be able to play ANY game that you can on steam on the steam box
the steam box is just going to be exactly like a top notch gaming pc in one package instead of custom building it but the OS is going to be restricted to the use of steam and probably the web browser
but all you will need to do is to exactly what you need to do now to play the game
download the sdk tools (2006 and 2007) from with in steam and then download the game from with in steam
thats it
so all you would
My Mother sent me to Vietnam to Straighten me out, I was Twelve...
"Don't expect to be paying" - we don't pay anyway?... unless that was just a typo.
Ah ok that makes sense, it arrives as an almost empty machine pretty much but you can sign in to Steam when you first get it and download PVKII from there I imagine?
The Steam Box itself is meant to be like $600-$1,000 or something, or $1,000 for the most basic Steam Box going up. To be fair PVKII was such a fun addictive game when I played it on my PC I would consider paying for it anyway but obviously that might drive away a lot of the players..
