    hmmm that would be 90 percent of the canadians.. assuming that some can even speak both languages it will even lower to ca. 80percent

    2possibilities:

    1.every 5th canadian is a baby and can´t speak

    2.even some animals count as canadians, assuming it is kinda easy to get through the "Are you a REAL canadian?"-test

    If you're coming to Canada for tourism, I'd say go to Toronto. There's a million and one things to do and see there, and it's the biggest city in Canada.

    You could even go and visit my neighbourhood!!!

    Actually, wouldn't that be Inuit? The English and French were just invaders.

    @Mayday, Kong and Tehsux

    I just sent in my application for a working holiday visum for canada. I plan to see as much as possible. A friend of mine goes to Vancouver, so I'll probably start my trip there.

    Montreal sounds interesting, I hope I manage to get there.

    Your best bet is to skip Alberta through Manitoba.

    Canadian French is pretty much French, but alas, what they speak in Quebec is not Canadian French.
