Hamer 3.4 error

I have started mapping in HL2 and have gotten quite good at it, but I recently started playing PVK again and got the urge to create a map for it. I started on a viking stay and made a few buildings and decided to run the map. I got the following error could not find filesystem dll to load. I am confused and have no idea what to do, hoping you guys could help me out.

    Source SDK or the downloaded hammer editor? :|

    I go that error in the source SDK, I just reinstalled it ..

    Just the hammer editor. not the one in SDK, the one for HL1 mapping.
