When do you think the new class will come out?

It has been 2 months since we last of of the pvk2 team. One of the things they showed us was a screenshot of one of the new classes :"Bondi", these are those very screenshots:https://steamcommunity.com/games/pvkiiofficial/announcements?p=1, He seems to be a clone of the Archer class, which I believe to be a surprise. The vikings are not well known to use bows. Tell what you think in the commits below.

Bondi is indeed supposed to be a Viking archer, though he's by no means a direct clone. There is no release date. He will come out eventually.

Try to keep in mind this game is developed by volunteers. They labor for free, of their own desire to create a quality product. Marketable skills that can earn a decent living are being directed at something that does not directly give economic return on investment.

Sure artists love to create art for the honing of skills & the fulfillment creating a quality work gives.
Sure there's also the experience/resume credentials from creating a free product that is competing in a paid market.

I think it's important to remember in the end though, that this is free labor being donated by the staff who make this game.

They all have IRL lives. Work/School/Families Ect...

IMHO consider that before holding them to timelines, have you ever dedicated large portions of volunteer time to a project you don't get paid to do?

I don't know any more about the bondi than you do but the sharpshooter was far from an archer clone, as the MAA was far from a gestir clone.
Based on their past results I trust the PVK team will give us a new, unique class when and only when it is ready. Not a day sooner.

Just my 2 cents, take it as a grain of sand on the sea shore.

Bondi already has his voice lines recorded. So once they're all spliced up and ready, it won't be too much longer.
