BingoBango's killstreak sounds?

A long while ago I was in a server that used custom killstreak sounds that I think were voiced by BingoBango, AKA the voice actor of Archer/Skirmisher/Gestir. In my opinion it was much better than the Quake/LoL sounds that a lot of the servers use now.

Maybe I've not looked hard enough but for the life of me I can't find these files including in the program files, even though I'd like the CC servers to use them.

Anyone have any pointers on where to get these sounds?

EDIT: May not actually be voiced by BingoBango.
