I'm running on Windows 7 and I keep getting extremely pissed off at how the taskbar tends to work. Better than XP and Vista, but not that much.

I only want for that "one program" tab to be able to be separated from each other, a great example would be for Notepad++; I got "text1", "text2", "text3", "text4" and "text5", each on their own taskbar and not inside one particular Notepad++.

My text then gets disorganized for whatever reason to "text5", "text1", "text2", "text4" and "text3". I wanna re-organize that in the taskbar.

Not possible. You'd need some thirdparty software. I don't know of any thirdparty software that does it. The only way to arrange it is for you to open the application windows\separate them in order. For Windows 7+, the taskbar is application-centric, not window-centric.

Goddamn Windows 7, guess if I'm so desperate for something like this I should just try to find a third-party bullcrap for it.

Anyway, what about Windows 8? Does it have the same crappy orientation as W7 or I can actually separate application-based windows?

It's an easy fix - just ALT+F4 each window, then they'll all reload in order.

Like I said, it's the same for Windows 7+.

Nope, this is definitely Windows 7. Windows Vista is easy to tell because of its translucent Aero theming. This is Windows 7. If you're wondering why it's small, it's because you can set it to be small like that.
