Why archer have shoot attack boost ...

... while walking forward with a Bow?
With melee weapon i understand and it's normal with speed you deal more damage, but with a bow? just by walking ...
Normal shoot deal already 80damage, with walking (he don't run) forward = +10% => 88 damages
zerker and MAA is 75 max for exemple and it's not easy to deal full damage
Archer don't shoot arrow, he shoot claymore (90 damage uncharged) ...
