Donators Group Reinvite

Is it possible for a donator to be re-invited to the donators group if they leave? I wasn't aware you had to stay in the group to receive the benefits in the game.

    (although im not in the group....but i did donate, also the game hates me and doesnt show that i did and i just dont care enough to send an email)
