Sudden Death question

Hey there guys. I have a question about Sudden Death in Arena mode, because i started to play more and more this gamemode. I was always wondering why Sudden Death sometimes start on a new round. Is this a feature in the gamemode or is it... a Bug? Because it would normally start whenever the timer hits zero. Though it's still funny to see them dying under a pillar or getting killed by lava.

There's a chance that the round will begin with sudden death. The chance of it happening is set by the server.
