Can a normal PC do a non-dedicated host of ~20 people?

I'm trying to figure out how to plan a PVKII game night but I'm not an experienced server hoster.

I don't have the resources to do a dedicated host, so do you think I would be able to do a host of around 20 people?

Here are my specs:
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8 CPUs)
16384MB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 Ti

Yeah your system hardware isn't a problem here. It just comes down to your Internet speeds.

Forward port 27015 if necessary on your router and you should be able to host. If it just works for you, don't worry about it. However if it doesn't and you don't know what port forwarding is, there are plenty of guides out there for that sort of thing.
