    Nice!
    Did you used only pvkii custom textures? (I don't find many good ones in hammer tongue.gif)

    I finally solved all the problems i had, now i am compiling the new version wich should be easier on people who dont have monster pcs :roll: tongue.gif

    Yes i only used PVKII textures, in the beginning i also had trouble finding them but that was because not all of the textures used in PVKII had the filtername "pvk2" so i had to add that to every vmt for textures.
    Now its really easy, just put in "pvk2" as filter and every texture shows up! biggrin.gif

    The map looks great but the gameplay is a bit disturbed ... everybody running after the chest, since there are next to no hiding spots, ends in a huge massacer where nobody can hold the treasure longer than 3 seconds.

    Why not make a "Territory-Mode"? Your team gets points if somebody is on an enemy ship (the pirats have the bunker).

    So if a knight is inside the pirat-bunker, the knight team gets points as long as he is alive in there, the pirats have to kill him in order to stop the knights from getting points. If a pirat borders the ship of the vikings, the pirats get points etc... etc...

    When there are even 2 or more people in an enemy territory, it still counts as there were only one of them, but of course they live longer when they are more.

    Yeah but it would probably work better i don't know :roll:

    Updated the first post with the new version, v2.
    I tested this with some and they had no problems playing the map like they had in the first version.

    Will add new screenshots soon.

    After some testing the map will get some cosmetic changes, this will be noticed as a fort in the middle of the map wich players need to hold as their territory to win.

    This map will be pvk_treasureisland_b1 and i will update this post when it has been uploaded.

    It took many hours but some last changes where made wich made the map more fun to play and its now in the first beta stage, this version should have fixed the performance issues and gameplay issues.

    We are testing it at the moment, afterwards the download and new screenshots will be added to the first post.

    Well in beta 1 i removed the center and made a fort that extends a bit to the knight spawn and i also made it territory.

    We tested the map and it wasn't quite as good as i hoped for so i have yet changed it again in beta 2 wich will be compiled in a minute.

    Beta 2 removes 3 islands making the map smaller and thus better performance and it also has been changed to Booty so we will see how that works out!

    Beta 2 is complete but i have my doubts about how it will actually play, so tomorrow i will look into extending the map greatly and see how that works out.

    Beta 3 is avaible to download and try out, i will update the post with new screenshots tomorrow.

    I will most likely start on a new more serious map tomorrow, i got some pretty cool ideas for areas and such.

    Played it on a server a little while ago. Somebody died with the chest right at the edge of the map which caused the chest to fly through an invisible barrier where nobody could reach it. Luckily the chest respawned though.
