I found this website Redbubble where you can easily put artwork onto a t-shirt or just about anything for that matter. They do all the processing / printing / shipping / etc and take most of the profit. But I thought, hey, this would be easy to make PVKII shirts and they seem to have good fabric.

Honestly, what started this is I wanted a pirates shirt for myself ^_^

I was just curious if anyone else would be interested in buying these? The shirts below would cost around $25 USD before shipping. Literally all of that is the company's charge, I would be making at most $2 a shirt. I know I hate buying overpriced shirts that's why I didn't want to jack the price up even more, and I did it for fun. I think before I make these available to buy I want to buy one just to test the fabric and the print and everything, and post the results so you know what you're getting into.

Also any feedback on the shirt itself is welcome, I've been playing around with words on it as well but it usually doesn't look as clean / good as the straight up logo.

    Yes! I want them all!

    I can't really tell what the fabric is on them, but my favorite is 50 cotton and 50 polyester, so kinda like heavy cotton shirts, but I need some pvk swag.

    The one above is the "Triblend." A classic cotton will be available as well. I'm going to order the one above to see how it comes out and post results.

    The results of the "Red Triblend":

    Everything looks as expected, the only thing I didn't expect was the color. It turned out darker than the picture, it is almost a maroon instead of a red. That is probably just the triblend fabric, I would bet the classic t-shirt option is bright red. The fabric is nice and soft. Overall I can't complain, just be aware the triblend might come out darker than above.

    I'll probably open them up to the public this weekend.

    I can only speculate but from looking at CafePress's website and options I would say so. I was attracted to RedBubble because of the options in fabric and styles, and they seem more focused on a design community. Would you want to try and do some kind of store integration with the CafePress? Like I said above, I really just did these because I wanted one. :D It might even be fun to update some of those on CafePress.

    I'm not sure what it would take to combine the two together, but do you feel up to adding some new stuff to the cafepress store? :)

    I guess what I was thinking of adding the ones you already have (or updating them) to the Redbubble, and we could make a PVKII Redbubble account. We could figure out how to split the money or whatever. For me, I'm just not very stoked on the CafePress, like the presentation, lack of shirt style options, etc. The CafePress just doesn't excite me. I don't know, what are your thoughts?

    Honestly, I've never been a huge fan of Cafepress. I'm willing to go with any store that can produce high quality PVK stuff for a decent price. The money thing is more of an after-thought, as long as people can have cool products that feature PVK-related art.

    Just noticed a minor "error" with the pirate icon

    If it was designed in tools like Illustrator, then it might be just the stroke enabled, it shouldn't be hard to fix.

    Ok! Finally got the store up. RedBubble pissed me off, but I got it to a place I like. In a new update they decided to take a lot of control away from the artists when it comes to the color and it made me mad, but I figured out a good solution. Now you have lots of different styles, fabrics, and colors to pick from, which isn't bad, I was just trying to control it too much. I can say for sure the Tri-blend option is quite nice, but a little bit more pricey. Pirate logo is fixed and looks much better, I'm gonna have reorder mine now lol. Go check them out.

    I also want to keep adding to it, an Octoshark Studios one will be next for sure. Any ideas you have let me know! I can make it happen. I also plan on updating the ones CrazyTalk has on the current store.

    Buying a viking shirt today, but it would be nice on the back or on the sleeve somewhere to say octoshark studios or pvk, like how blizzard has their logo somewhere on their shirts.

    Unfortunately, RedBubble doesn't have much options in that regard. It's pretty much one graphic. I'd have to do it myself or get it professionally printed to do multiple hits (which I don't plan on doing).

    This is the simple / no maintenance option :)
