Wiki Colors

One thing that I decided to give some input today is to make a swatch library for colors that we should use for the Wiki. These were taken from achievement artwork and for quite some time I made a swatch library for Photoshop and Illustrator for the sake of maintaining the mod's aesthetics and bring it to the wiki to get rid of those ugly shades we use for cell pads.
