Ah, yeah those AMD\ATI cards always have that great price\performance ratio. You don't even need a card that supports DX11 to play PVKII so he could go even lower than that. I used to run a NVIDIA 9600 GT. Those are even cheaper on eBay. Almost any 8xxx or 9xxx series NVIDIA card should be plenty for PVKII. Sure, it probably couldn't run at max settings, but it would do the job. I'm not an ATI fan because of some major driver issues in the past so I don't know much about their lineup of GPUs.

My card supports up to DX10 i just choose to run it in dx8

Not just on the end of rounds, though. Sometimes it crashes on special attacks or explosions (I think when someone is killed by either of these).

I wanna get a GTX 760 or something, I find a lot of games I play aren't AMD optimized :icon_stabhead:

Those types of crashes also occur on Windows, so they likely have the same cause.

I posted this over on the release poll thread but I guess I'll post it here too since it seems more relevant:

I noticed the game updated yesterday again. Did this update introduce new issues? Because I tried to play today but my game kept crashing after about 15 minutes of playing and it happened to 3 of my friends, too. Is there any way to fix this? I have a very powerful gaming PC I built this year (Windows 8, gtx 770, etc.) so it shouldn't be an issue with my specs. I have never had an issue with crashing before, not even last weekend when 3.0 launched. I hope to get a fix soon because the game is basically unplayable now if it keeps crashing every 15 min, and I noticed the servers were a lot less populated this weekend than last weekend so I am thinking a lot of people may be having this issue.

I haven't found anyone else having this issue and I been on the servers all day. The game updated again this morning to address last night's issues. If you have crash dumps post them here.

I don't crash. Period. Well, actually I did crash due to a bug that's been their before the 3.0 update, but that's another story. When opening voicemenu2 while holding a chest when the gamemode isn't set to "Booty" you crash. I believe the same thing happens while in a territory without the gamemode being set to "Territory" and accessing voicemenu2.

I didnt use voice menu it just did it randomly

Didn't want to start a new thread just for this, but it isn't exactly a big problem. About an hour ago, I got the two kills with one fart achievement. Getting the achievement froze my game for a minute or two. The achievement card popped up, but was blank. Since it was blank, it went straight to checkerboard and froze me. Also, not sure if it is a bug, hidden achievement, or not released achievement; but I have 10 of 12 achievements with only the one million left showing as unachieved.
