  I think he means users can't link to their Steam profile on the forums. This seems like an odd request though, since if you really want to add someone on Steam, it would be better to send him a private message and then also tell them why you want to add them.
  Having the Steam profile linked here would allow users to just send invites without first talking to them. Not an issue but also not something we desperately need.
