Where can I find it?
I am in search for the mod that allows players to "rtv", check the next map and so on. Anyone know where I can find it as I have searched but not finding it.

    Rock The Vote is one of the default features of SourceMod. http://www.sourcemod.net/

    So just having SourceMod installed will get me "rtv" and stuff? Great.

    Pretty much. The rtv module definitely comes with sourcemod, but you may need to enable it.
