Menus and Achievements in 2.3!

The hard work continues on 2.3. We've been spending a lot of our time trying to get this baby out the door.

Today I bring you some news on our new menu graphics and achievements.

We currently have 97 fully working achievements in the game, though we do have plans to add a few more. Here's a preview of 15 out of the 97:

As I said, this is only 15 of 97+ achievements expected to release with 2.3!

Next, we've got a preview of some of our new VGUI graphics.

If you have your wits about you, you may have noticed some interesting things in the screen shots. For example, the new loading screen features the territory map "Sandstorm". You may have also noticed the three territory icons in the third screen shot. Be sure to check in next time to see what that's all about!

    Scoreboard is really beautiful. Can't wait for PVK ob and get achievements!

    BTW: are stats gonna be restarted with PVK2.3 release?

    awsome you cant see other peoples kills/deaths, hopefully this will prevent the kd/r whoren.

    According to pvkii.com/forums,
    - Reaching enemies beyond your weapon model isn't a problem(you're just bad at dodging!)
    - Archer isn't overpowered
    - Higher post count is equivalent to higher skill, experience and knowledge in-game

    and, u can see who kills most people

    some Qs about scoreboard picture:
    wuts are those pics above: chicken, swords, 1x something ect.
    kill/assist bonuses and captures and defences?
    woof, nub nuts, dcs?


    heh, pvkii changes every update time for exmpl loading screen, character choosing menu (l bet that last will change in next bigger version, when next character series arrive)



    ps: wat? skirms new special?

    you can see who is killing people more often.
    and if you see famous names, like 123 or he-man...

    Dunno, i never started to count who kills who and how many times.
    The whole score is effected by many parameters, someone who will just kdr whore will end lower than someone who does objective.

    as a specialist in the awkward construction of sentences i have to say 'time your attacks to maximize charge and thus maximize damage' is a p. awkward sentence

    This is really awesome, I can't wait for 2.3 its going to make PVKII a much more complete game I feel.

    And my mega picky eye is forcing me to point out that Ferocity is not spelt "Ferosity" (Berserkers class selection) sorry I'm just a nitpicker.
