    because not installed means it's not on your computer. Mods have nothing to do with your account; if it's installed on your computer, any steam account can play them...and all the settings will be the same as yours

    Well, you can go to the steam group here: http://steamcommunity.com/games/pvkiiofficial and go to the bottom
    and in the homepage too. That's kind of a weird question.

    Yeah, seriously. The patch is "steaming forward" ridiculously slow. I hope the PVK team are at least uploading the patch right now, and preparing for release....

    The reason you don't see more of what's going on behind the scenes is because it's possible to literally completely upend the game in one way or another every day of the week. For all we know tomorrow Crazy could post a notice telling us to secure the latest revision because on thursday at 2pm EST we'll be testing the netcode on a listen server hosted on dialup in new zealand by using boomerang throwing axes on triple-jumping skirmishers. What happens if one of us posts something from one that session and everyone goes all "Zomgwtfbbqquack triplejumping boomerang axes?!". That's why there isn't more info coming out.

    There are three teams and 7 classes in game right now. Each of those classes has at least two weapons, some have three. They all have both health and armor. That's a lot to balance. Work is being done, and it's better that this take a while and come out decent. When you dont test enough you get releases where classes can't reload and nothing shoots straight.

    How I deal with it is I stop playing pvk2 and do something else with my life.

    then I lose interest in pvk2 and stop work on my maps.

    Kept glitching out with the boomerang throwing axes. Don't worry, we're working on alternate control schemes which will more accurately reflect the proper feel we're going for. This (NSFW!) has been showing promise so far.
