    I dont agree, they dont owe me anything and they dont make money out of this and blah blah blah im supposed to be so ever grateful. fine now that we got that out of the way, its obvious that they want people to play this, otherwise they wouldnt make this mod, since they dont make any money out of it.

    And not updating (and i mean updating the news) is just harming them selves, and people drop out of here.

    Frazz covered all the points. I agree with him 100%, these long updates are killing the community. 1 year b4 a release is a long time, not posting much news is also killing. I loved the 1 week news and wish they did it every week or 2 even if its just about "We fixed ... A, B, and C" I would be happy.

    Don't get me wrong, I love those little updates too.
    But I couldn't stand the overall tone of Var's post, and his little knoledge of something that is asked numerous times (im talking about Gestir only class)

    People ask because last time it took this long to make a new class we got 3.
    Member of the one territory party. One tower in desert ruin, one head on colossus, one boat in grog boat, one horn tower in helms deep is our slogan. Obviously specials (knight) break territory style game play, so our party supports a server side and mapping option to have specials turned off.

    Well it took a year for the last 3, and a year for 1. Its very confusing thats why i hope we get a load of goodies, to hopefully make this game worth playing again for more than 1 hour now and then.

    Have you ever been in a period of time in your life where work, school or both gets in the way of some of your hobbies?

    You guys need to understand that most of the team already does this stuff for a living. When it's crunch time at work, it becomes difficult to put your paid job aside to work on a free game.

    When I get back from L.A. I'll be working on a news post about the combat changes.

    Totally know what you mean Crazy, I just finished exams and all through them I had beta testing groups (mainly AoC :\) moaning at me D:

    So yeah, take your time and keep your priorities as they are biggrin.gif They're definitely right.

    My tone was specific to the point i was trying to put across, and my point was essentially what frazz had said, i know they don't owe me anything, and i'm very much aware that they don't make anything off this, however i didn't want too see hard work progress;

    Even the post above the crazytalk had made would have more than sufficed for me, i just wanted to know what was going on, it's rather discouraging too see one of your favorite games and never see any news about it, though i did get to laugh at the giant debate of the gestirs origins and viking speach classes smile.gif

    Gestir looks pretty good to me, but he should have spear as a one handed weapon with shield
    and I also think he should use Javelins with shield too
    still Im glad to see a class whit spear i missed that in game

    Ok, on topic now:
    This is a free mod. Nobody should complain about anything in the mod!
    It's pretty much a mod without any weaknesses or mistakes.
    I personally love the mod and it's better than tf2 or so...DON'T COMPLAIN, WITHOUT CRAZYTALK THIS MOD WOULDN'T EXIST (maybe...?)
