Recent updates broke Source TV

Hello,
Since recent updates we cant use Source TV anymore !!!
If we used it, then ours servers seems be offline, players cant see them.
and console spam with: Please disable bots in order to show up in the server browser!
we dont have bots!!!
Can you fix it please ?
