Reputation Displayed Improperly?

Okay, I'm not exactly sure if this is intended, a problem or what have you, but I noticed that in the bottom right of someone's post it will always say 0 even if the person has been upvoted. You have to click the '0' in order to see if the person has been upvoted or not. I was wondering if this is intentional, a bug, a problem on my end or what. I mean I can still upvote a person no problem. It's just in order to see it you to click on it... Now the more I think about it, it almost makes me sound like a creepy stalker... Whatever my question still stands! Just curious is all.
