Javelin charging display seems erratic

Hiya, thanks for the awesome mod.

When playing as Gestir I keep noticing something that seems buggy. The javelin charging bar doesn't seem to be working right - it takes a while to start charging and can then jump from a highly charged state to a low one. All the other weapons charge up and decharge smoothly. I dunno if it's just me but I thought it might be worth mentioning.

    Javelin requires forward momentum to use.

    The charge bar only goes up while you move forward. It also retains behavior like all weapons in that it only lasts for a certain duration so if you wait to long to use it, then the charge will drop no matter what and you will also be slowed down. You can right-click to start it over.

    Also, for some reason it charges slower while you are looking up.
